Food for Life

Katherine is passionate about dispelling the myth that food needs to be complex, calculated and overwhelming. She enjoys helping people examine their eating rules and behaviours, working out which ones are helpful, and which may be holding them back from doing the things that matter the most.


She advocates for sport, exercise and joyful movement that enriches life. She believes with appropriate support, everyone can break free of restrictive rules and learn how to nourish their body in a way that is relaxed, pleasurable and health promoting at the same time.


Katherine gained an incredible amount of experience working at Mind Body Well, where the Non-Diet, Body Acceptance and Health at Every SizeĀ® philosophies underpin the clinic values and treatment practices. Katherine believes all bodies are equally worthy of care and respect, and ALL bodies are capable of achieving amazing things.
