In order to support you best, it’s really important that I get to know you. In your initial appointment, we will take the time to talk through your health, medical history, sporting goals (if relevant) and eating patterns. We will then discuss options and develop a plan to support improvements.
During review consultations, we will reflect on what worked and what needs refining. We may tweak our original plan or you may choose to work on other aspects of your eating all together.
For athletes requiring more structured nutrition support, a personalised weekly menu plan which includes specific meal and snack ideas (plus recipes) might be appropriate. Carbohydrate loading and race day food and hydration plans may also be necessary for athletes seeking peak performance. If you think this is what you need, please feel free to discuss with Katherine.
Katherine routinely delivers nutrition presentations to triathlon groups, running groups, swimming clubs, football teams and crossfit groups. Katherine is also teaches nutrition classes to young people involved in dance and performing arts. If you know a group of athletes, dancers or performers who might benefit from nutrition education, please contact Katherine.
Katherine regularly presents to students at The University of Melbourne and Deakin University. She also loves talking to corporate groups. A stand alone, or series of health and nutrition related presentations covering a variety of topics can be specially designed for your audience. Please contact Katherine if you would like to learn more about how Katherine can help your group.
